These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. Services are provided on a subscription basis following a one-time setup fee. Specific features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.
Oply AI offers three subscription tiers: Basic, Standard, and Advanced. Each plan requires:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Oply AI to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
First Month Free: Where offered, the first month of the monthly subscription is provided at no charge. The one-time setup fee is still due at the time of purchase.
Due to the custom nature of our AI voice agent builds, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your agent going live, please contact us at hello@oplyai.com and we will work to resolve any issues. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Oply AI reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund for violations of this acceptable use policy.
The Oply AI website, brand, logo, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Oply AI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Knowledge base content, scripts, and materials you provide to train your AI agent remain your intellectual property. By providing this content, you grant Oply AI a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of configuring and operating your AI voice agent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oply AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Oply AI in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Our services rely on third-party providers including Vapi, Twilio, OpenAI, and Stripe. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at hello@oplyai.com. Oply AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
